I come from a small ranch in west Texas where I had been living throughout my childhood. I made different kinds of videos in high school such as vlogs, a PSA, a how-to, and a stop-motion video. After I graduated and came to South Plains College, I made more videos such as my vlog, "South Plains College with Tito Contreras", my PSA, "SPC Consent", and mock news packages. Later on, I transferred to the University of North Texas where I made films such as my short documentary, "College Life" and my short narrative film, "Happiness". After I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in December 2019, I spent a couple more years working on my latest short film that I started making at UNT, "Censored". In the future, my goals are to make more films and become involved in other's projects. My ultimate goal is to work in the film industry as a successful independent filmmaker and possibly a founder of my own production company. I love to make films because I want to express myself and tell stories.
