Heyy there❤️ Yes Rwandans can apply. Grade requirements are A levels with passes in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. You can pay the tuition fees online using the School’s ABSA Bank Details. And yes, you can pay in installments. Hope this helps😊
