Came looking for this for Climate Sunday. 26 years old and every bit as relevant as when it was made - more so, with even more environmental damage being invented. She's right, it's down to us.
😂 Southerners and their tangents
O pai da Ecologia. Obrigada pela ciência e descoberta.
My blood relation, Goldsmith.
Privileged to say I knew John
Even though it's not nice, I am JEALOUS! I'd love to hear your stories :)
Thank you. This was great.
Words of wisdom coming true today. Monsanto is profiting from chemical poisoning the food and the pharmaceuticals. John would had been a man I would love to meet today. A good soul

Allways great sir...
Dude talks a lot and says nothing.
A teacher is useless until one has become a student. He says a lot but you don't hear it.

ihave looking for this video for years just found it to dawn french this should be shown the bbc a gain do some further campianing
I first saw this tagged onto the back end of a "The Man Who Planted Trees" video along with a Canadian animation about the life of a rocking chair. These shorts were as good as the main feature -making for a holy trinity!
I feel great teams/ families are nested like natural systems. The understanding that by building up those around you. “Below” and “above” then the whole group will rise. And to think that we are standing on the shoulders of those( all organisms) that came before us to reach a little further to pull some more up “above” us is a wonderful way to few it. Gratitude for all.
This "whole group ... RISE" philosophy is the REAL danger of our modern world. Why do we always want to accumulate more? The biggest fraud on humankind is the 'achievement motivation' and 'abundance mindset'. This abundance mindset led to inhuman exploitation of environment, and brutalized mother earth, to cause the impending climate catastrophe.. when the IPCC in its 6th Assessment Report says: "It already code red for humanity". Regards🙏
Found his books recently. Thanks for sharing! We learning🤓

John was my beloved neighbour for many years. Both he and Angela Ashe were a mine of information and so helpful. Thanks for posting this. Great to hear words of common Sense.
I know God wouldn't want me to feel this way but I am SO jealous! He, his lady wife and everyone else seem to be amazing neighbours.
The Beginning 1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. 3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning-the first day. 6 And God said, “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.” 7 So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the vault “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning-the second day. 9 And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” And God saw that it was good. 11 Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening, and there was morning-the third day. 14 And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so. 16 God made two great lights-the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19And there was evening, and there was morning-the fourth day. 20 And God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.” 21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.” 23 And there was evening, and there was morning-the fifth day. 24 And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so. 25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 26Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” 27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” 29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground-everything that has the breath of life in it-I give every green plant for food.” And it was so. 31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning-the sixth day.

Thank You Teddy Goldsmith who spent, and are spending, their whole lives fighting for righteousness. Rest In Peace, Teddy, a gentle man with a bold heart.
Watching this brings back such good and interesting memories of Edward Goldsmith, “Teddy”, he and Vandana, and Smithu, and the rest, my greatest teachers. May their message be heard to the end that it causes all of us to repair our treacherous ways. Rest in peace Teddy.
what a sad story !!!
I was inspired by Howard T. Odum to animate a comprehensive systmes language, here is the channel: th-cam.com/users/leearnold
this sounds like that TV series Continuum.
It's happened to this day 2016. TTPPA has been approved, the corporations are coming. BUT, if we support the 1835 Declaration of Independance flag we can hold on to our country and defeat them. It is the only flag in the world that has the power ( real power ) to do it. It has been activated legally in the Te tii Marae Kings court Waitangi 2016, and makes it's connection to King William the 4th and the Upper house of Westminister in England. With the backing of England , since it pulled out of the Eu, there is, without a doubt, a big chance of undermining the NWO in a big way. Economic power is and will go to the Pacific Rim very soon. True Story.

Was für ein großartiger Mann. Ich habe viele Gartenbücher zu Hause , aber nicht eines kommt an das Buch von John Seymour heran. Schön ihn mal in einem Video zu sehen.
I recommend "Bring me my bow" by John Seymour. It's a superb piece of social commentary.
I wish that there was more recognition for the fact that before pakeha arrived in Aotearoa New Zealand, (and for a few years afterwards) life for many Maori was short and brutish. Most people were controlled in a very certain way by ariki and rangatira and if they strayed they were on their own in a hostile world. Warfare was endemic. People were enslaved by neighbouring tribes and tribes from far away. Some people ended up in the pot. Ordinary life expectancy was less than 40 years (as it was also in Europe). It might be tempting to believe that life pre-1769 was blissful and paradisical - sorry. That is an illusion.
+Jeff Saunders... You write as though Maori were at war 24/7 all their lives, that being the case how is it that they were rigorous traders, crossing the Tasman in trading sloops, wheat, potato, kumara, kauri spars, flax ropes, etc, without the labour this would not have been possible, men were industrious and fought when necessary. Unlike England's 100 years war, the civil war, world war 1 & 11, the brutal deaths inflicted on England's populous during various reigns, poverty, child labour and slavery, so don't go off half-cocked with your garble that Maori were the only ones who battled, get your facts right
+Ipu Absolum I wrote "before the pakeha arrived". I agree with you however about pre-European (sorry hate that term) industriousness but that industriousness took place in a context which was not always brutish but which was very often so. we have to acknowledge though that life all over the planet was often short and nasty.
Labour took away the treason laws to commit treason and National followed suit.
Thank you for the video!
very interesting. Never considered the fact that below a certain scale there was limits in place and above that there wasn't any limits. It's like the first few levels are inside an organism with set rules to allow it to survive while the next level the earth is the organism but the set rules of survival aren't so clear but rather controlled by trial an error as the planet and for example population rate of a species are pulled back into balance once the food starts to run out.
The ironic thing is that the globalists are using the same exact reasoning to take away our freedoms . They say that we as humans are causing the destruction of the world when in reality they themselves are destroying it . The United Nations' Agenda 21 is there manifesto to how they plan to control the world .
