Krakow is a stunning city with a fascinating history. The ideal balance of historical landmarks, reasonably priced dining options, museums, vodka bars, tower climbs, and specialty stores can be found here.
The beauty of Kraków is undeniable. Both the medieval old town and Wieliczka salt mines were inscribed to the initial UNESCO World Heritage List in 1978. A thousand years of history are still present, much of it in remarkably fine condition.
The beautiful Gothic, Baroque, and Renaissance-style structures can be seen in abundance in Krakow's Old Town, which is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
