It's on Michelin trackers but there's a huge lack of talent going on here lol. Defo got upgraded suspension since I'm nearly 20 stone and that made a huge difference.

That's the southern part of Lowna that has a seasonal TRO in place but it was lifted when we went through, It was legal between June and October and was legal when we went through :)

Yeh we've spoken with the farmer a few times, he's happy for bikes to use the lane, His mrs often comes for a chat and opens the gate for us that's next to their home :)

The Kove looks awesome but expensive. Have have a Hagon shock and front spring in mr CRF. It really does make the world of difference, cheap and easy enough to fit too...

I don't make the rules bud, It's the steepest road in the UK though, I think there's just one section on a corner that might qualify it but I agree that it's not remotely difficult to ride.
