@@oliviasky1007 There was so much kore I wanted to say, but I really didn’t want to give them much more attention. We went in September. By the looks of it, it didn’t seem like there was many people there, but there was. They ran out of sliced bread at breakfast, I asked if they had more, I was told they only give them a certain amount of loaves per day/ week. I only ate sliced bread once. We took ketchup and mustard packs from the breakfast buffet in the morning to eat with our burgers in the afternoon. They would have ketchup, mustard and mayo bottles out with the burgers, and they wouldn’t put more out when they were empty. I asked for more and was told “ were are out”, but they had some the next day. Once the hamburger buns were gone for the day they wouldn’t put more out either.

@@a123bot Yes, all the specialty restaurants require reservations (Italian, Brazilian Steak house, Steakhouse and hibachi). You need to make the reservations the day of. Depending on who you talk to, they will allow you to make your reservations for the remainder of your stay. The first person we spoke to only allowed us to do the one reservation. The next day, another person let us make reservations each night for the remainder of our stay. The reservations are made at the excursion desk right next to the coffee shop. Hope this helps!

@ I hope you have a good time. We’ve stayed at places with terrible reviews and had a different experience. I think it depends when you go and how many people are there. I had to be honest about our experience at this place, I normally don’t do that.

Honestly, this is not a resort for beach lovers. In the video at about 12:55 you can see they have these large bags set up as barriers for the waves. I think there was a time when their beach area was beautiful because of past pictures I’ve seen, but now this is it. The pool by the beach is amazing and so worth it!

@@g.c.7931 You can walk along the beach beside the large bags. I did see a couple people swimming in the ocean. I don’t know if they were people staying at the resort. The red flag was out there most of our stay.

Hello! Yes, it is safe. Costa mujeres is about 50 mins to an hour from the Cancun airport, and the area was very low key and safe.

Hello! The junior suite we booked was on the adults only side. If you re traveling with children, you have to book on the family side.

Hello! We left the day before the hurricane hit thankfully. They do still book trips to the Saona Island. Just make sure you book it with a representative inside the hotel lobby and not a rep on the beach. Unfortunately we made the mistake of booking with a rep on the beach and it was a scam and we lost our money and never did the excursion. Safe travels!

Hello, not that I remember. They had Hunter's steakhouse. There are a lot of places about a 5-10 walk to eat outside of the resort.

Most of the time the weather was good. I rained the day before we left but we just went shopping downtown. Other than that it's really hot. We have traveled to many places and the sun in Cabo is so hot.

tomcronininc The tacos out by the pool were really good! The specialty restaurants were ok and the buffet was what you excelencia it to be when they are cooking for a large amount of people.

Kyle Knebl We stayed a week and it rained the last 2 days. They mentioned it hadn’t rained for a year. I usually lay out all day and I was only able to pay out for about 30 mins a day. The sun was soooo hot and it was very humid. Overall, Cano was great! Have a good time!

Master Vang Thank you so much! We had a great time! There were a lot of people at the resort. The views of the resort were taken in the early morning. The water was warm and the waves would be rough now and then. The water was clear enough to see the bottom.
