Hi @alwaysincharge5450 ! Although I don't have direct experience of your situation, this is what I would be doing in your situation. I would look into registering a company in the UK using a formation agent such as 1st Formations. See if they can use their UK address in order for you to have a company registered in the UK. Then when you set up your Shopify store and your Shopify payment settings, you can sign up in the name of your UK registered business.

Yes absolutely @chrisder1814 . You can change your limited company address through companies house. You can use either an accountant or a formation agents address if you don't want to use your personal address. Same with your bank account, just reach out to your bank and let them know the change of address.
