Nice project with good design only which is not used for a common person living inside the project. But I personally found commuting difficult; no public transport is available easily. Specifically during the night, not found safe for the girls/ladies; they don't even find street lamps at some places. No facilities found nearby within 1 km feel sad. Don't find roads even good so far. Residents need to have their personal vehicle or don't know how easy it will be if someone really has to face emergency situations. Maybe in the future down the line it could improve facilities, but it might take 8-10 more years easily to come up as per current progress. I hope the marathon will take it positively and take some effort quickly since time matters to overcome or implement some solution for their future residents. "People feel more negative emotions during their morning commutes than any other activity they engage in throughout the rest of that day." Project with no facilities or amenities so far given by the builder so far expect the maintenance bills provided on 9.5 RS PER SQT that too prior already collected 2 year maintenance around 2-3 lacs from everyone. NO Permanent garden, NO swimming pool, NO Permanent club house, No Permanent Gym, No Permanent Car parking, No TMC Water People should wisely invest their money here. You guy will get many better place then here at current moment. Requesting others kindly check with existing residents how they are suffering here.
