Hi, wouldn't it be much simpler to assign your sequences to elements in the layout view and change their action to "Goto"? You then can omit the quickeys and can open the cue list like in MA2. I.e. the Action Buttons are already there.

Hello AmarjeetSingh-qq8rd, what exactly is not working? Does the sequence not change its appearance? Or do the fixtures not change their color in the output? I would like to help you, but I need some more inforamtions. Best regards majehrke

@@AmarjeetSingh-qq8rd If the colors of the fixtures do not change, you should first check whether the color presets are working. To do this, select the desired fixture and enter an intensity with at at or at 100. Then select the color presets with the selected fixtures and check in a layout view, the 3D view or the programmer whether the presets work. (The color presets should be global presets). If the color presets work, but the sequences still do not. I would check the recipes in the sequence again, it has happened to me before that I did not create the recipes in cue 1 but in the off cue. If none of this helps, please let me know again. Either send me your showfile or I will try to provide mine. best regards majehrke

hey! thanks, very helpful. just one question. how do you manage speed after a dimmer phaser is created? I mean, I have it as a recipe template, but if I want to store it in a cue and adjust the speed of it, do I have to modify the ingredient phaser or there's a quicker way which doesn't affect the receipt itself?
Hello Alberto and thank you for your question. As always, there are several ways to reach your goal. I can think of three solutions off the top of my head: 1. you can assign a Speedmaster in the Phaser template. 2. you can assign a speedmaster to a sequence. 3. you can assign a speedmaster to a cue or cue part. I would create a suitable explanatory video for this. Best regards Majehrke

I'm new at ma3 so the question may be simple but) maybe you know a way to do something like this: for example, I have 16 lights and I want to do a ramp effect from left to right where 1 light turns on, and when the next light turns on, the previous one immediately turns off with a little fade out. In general, only one light is on at a time. I'm interested in how to do this with a phaser or recipes
Hello @lo.onlylove, thanks for the question. In general you only have to make an 2 Step Phaser: 1st Step 100% and 2nd Step 0%. Then you have to set the Width of the 1st Step at 10 and the Width of the 2nd Step at 190. Store that as an Universal Dimmer Phaser. After that you can make an new „Dimmer Phaser Recipe Preset“ with no selection / the newly created 2 Step Phaser as Values and a Phase of 0 thru 360. I would try to make an Tutorial about this and Upload it at the Weekend. Best regards

Hi @@lo.onlylove the Single-Pixel Dimmer Phaser Tutorial is out now. I can try to make a Tutorial about how to Creative a custom pixel fixture, but I would do this with the gdtf builder and it takes more that one Video to explain it. But I will keep you request in mind and we will see what I can do for you.
