I was hoping for a great explanation when I saw the total time of this video, but I felt very disapointed because the half of this video was only words, words, and words. The song started only when the video was in 6min 32sec (8min 37sec and you speaking a lot during 6min 32sec...). BORING, BORING and BORING.

He says that Beatles didn´t Record this song but they did. The song is one of my favorits , and the didn´t use a 12 -string Guitar on the original Record.but a Guild-6 string.

In the chorus part I just go to B7 instead of Bm/B7 because it's an ascending chord to take you to the five, like in alot of songs. It's a classic device. I think the Bm is implied anyway.its like the B chord in i wanna hold yer hand. It can be a minor or a seventh. It's kind of interchangeable, but is actually a B7. Chordwise, their songs are forgivable in that respect.

It was considered for the B-side of the "Please Please Me" single. They didn't release it because George Martin didn't think the arrangement was good enough. The tape is lost unfortunately.

I used to really not like this song or ‘Til there was you’, but they’ve grown on me so much. I recently ranked the songs from ‘Please Please Me’ from my favourite to least favourite and surprised myself with how high I ranked it. It’s so different from everything else on the album. I didn't know one, I actually quite like it I think, kind of a quirky fun little song. that said; I can understand why they gave it away. great job with the cover as always.

one of my favorite Beatles covers. it's a kind of over the top but in a cool way. I especially love the transition into the "I will return" section. for some odd reason all of my favorite Beatles covers are on Please Please Me (Twist & Shout, Anna, A Taste of Honey, & Baby It's You) . well I kind of like Till There Was You too. It's funny I tend to like their "musical" covers more than their rock n roll ones. I figure if I want to listen to "Roll Over Beethoven" I'd rather just listen to Chuck Berry's original.
