@@kbstronger tastes differ but there are some objective reasons and factors...... Kettlebells are peaces of iron and push ups are your own weight...... They can't be equal or similar.....

Most women generally speaking shy away from lifting heavy and most of our aging population could not easily lift 88lb like this . This client started with a 5lb kettlebell and now has the goal to lift 100lb . This post was made to inspire others to get stronger and encourage them to do better everyday no matter what other’s opinions are .
