You touched grass!!!
It was a big effort but I just about managed it
Im ur thousanth sub
Bro, I’ve seen you on discord before, so hi! 👋 😃
Hello there
It’s quite amazing the Z3s are still going strong after all these years. Quite a nice sight to see one out and about!
It definitely is!
Very cool
Nice model :) Funny that you kept the trolley pole stub - it’s gonna be a exact replica XD
Only the most accurate models here
Nothing sucks more than getting stuck on one of these without aircon on a hot day
very cool
Looks great mate! I can't wait for all those other builds, was one a Siemens...
Maybe, I guess you'll have to wait and see. I mean what? nooo I would never design such a horrendous train
@@MaxProduction16 Haha! You can't have your Lego models overrunning platforms and crashing into buffers can you!
Watching this while building lego :)
The best way to enjoy the content
that lego z class looks so good. are you making any lego low floor trams?
Yes I am, and in fact I've already designed over five of them and even built two, however I'm not quite ready to share any of them on TH-cam just yet.
You ever considered a job at Lego, because I'm sure they'd take you! You're really good at it! Perhaps you could get one of your train designs into a set! Me want to be able to buy a Lego Melbourne train
I'll take that as a compliment however I do not see myself working at Lego considering that they do not usually look for the sort of things I enjoy designing when picking designers, plus I don't really fancy moving half way across the world. It's nice to think what if though
@MaxProduction16 ok
I didn't know you were one of those people who say comenj...
@@ImInterestedInApathyII that's how it's pronounced?
Eng as in engineering
I hate to inform you but pronouncing it Comeŋ is just inherently wrong
@@MaxProduction16 who at comeng said so?
I couldn't name a single person who had anything to do with Comeng as a company, however based on the fact that it is derived from Commonwealth Engineering and that Wikipedia said so, I'm sticking with "Comenj" for now
We're still waiting for the comeng follow-up :(
Yeah sorry about that, but guess what, in the time it's been I've made some really cool developments with it. Video should be out before February
@@MaxProduction16 I dont really car I just really wanna see the middle carridge and I love your work my dude, its so cool (also I'm glad you got away from britain)
Here in first 3 mins
Congratulations
Bro touched grass for the making of this video 😂
It was a difficult and concerted effort, but I did it
@@MaxProduction16 congrats bro
You missed out on lego set 31097 it's 1 in 3 there is a tram
Oh wow you're right! Considering that this one flew under my radar for this long it's clearly not in a major set. Anyway, if I ever was to make an updated video, this will surely be in it, thanks
The thing about the 4 wide wheels is that they need more sets they haven’t made a set for a while
Very good. I wanted to see the long red version in detail, from 1:19. Or see it running or something, it's just cool.
That new tram is so easy to mod with some extra cool details in the carriages. That’s like my favorite thing to do with Lego trains is deck the carriages out with some decorative pieces. Slick design, comes with a way cooler station than the express passenger 😂 and it’s under 100 bucks. Lego, do this with more of your train products please.
I love your model of the British Brecknell Willis high-reach pantograph, IMHO modern Lego train pantographs are not as good as the ones they did in the 90s,
Is that what it's called? I never would have known, even though I think a good pantograph makes a build. And yeah, the modern Lego pantographs are a bit off, personally I think they are way too thick and inarticulate.
@@MaxProduction16 Absolutely it helps finish it off. On older trams they often used a trolley pole instead.
I'm getting Airport Shuttle vibes from this. When I was.a kid, a friend had that set and it was awesome.
hmmmmm you live in melbourne
I mean I don't try to hide it, just look at any one of my other videos
6:40 I'm actually thinking of buying the 60423 tram just to blend it together with the 60337 express train and spare pieces to make THAT EXACT train
What are the chances? Well good luck to you
The blue tram also showed up in the Lego Movie as a monorail
Yes it did as a slightly modified version
I know they are hated for their cheap design, but I have always loved the X-traps when I go to Melbourne.
My problem with Lego trams is, that they are harder to motorize, because they often use these small wheels. Trains are already motorized or with motorisation in mind.
That is an issue with them, although it does lead to creative solutions for motorisations which are always fun to see
Very good video!
finnaly
Finally what exactly...?
🙋super video👍👍👍
When you bring your models out, does anyone take notice or say anything about it or does no one realise? Also at 0:49 behold the worlds worst tram...
When we film we usually try to go to quieter areas, however when we went up to Upfield we were seen by the drivers changing ends started talking with them for a while. So far that's the only interaction that's come about from taking my models out and about other than when we were filming my B and a tram driver walked past and asked if it was indeed a B class. Even when filming in busier areas like I did for my B, most people just walk past and don't take notice.
Aren’t trams just knockoff trains😂😂😂
The way I see it is trains are knockoff trams so it works both ways
Would be pretty cool if you did a photoshoot of it
Just need to find someone with actually decent photography skills
I love the orange tram, I still want it
It's a great tram, do get it if you can
this is awesome !
Could you make a tutorial on how you upgraded the blue tram please? I’d like to do the same with mine but all my attempts have been failures so far.
It's not really a tutorial per say, but the second vid I uploaded to this channel shows off the tram in a bit more detail.
Great moc, but more lighting for the videos, thanks.
I'm working with what I have but I should be getting a lighting upgrade soon
do the HCMT
I will eventually, but in the meantime why not design your own one?
@@MaxProduction16 I don't have much lego
Well I've been collecting for well over 10 years and yet I still use digital programs to design things, so why not do that?
@@MaxProduction16 I also don't have the brain power
You have to start somewhere
4:10 give me that Comeng NOW
4:05 i Like to Ride this Tram every day
Sehr basiert und Tram-gepillt
Which lego tram is the best?
I think my opinion is pretty clear in the video but it has to be the tram from 8404
I like the Lego Strassenbahn from 2000 best! Otherwise, it will be noticeable that the models have become more and more economical at a more expensive price! Thanks for your video! And look, it could look like you built it, nice!!
I love lego trams! And I don't like it when they're called "trains", lol
Same here, I cringe whenever I hear it
Is that an 11wide? New bestest ever Red Beauty tram that is way better than any other tram (Excluding Crimbo Tram) must look like a right teeny baby next to this thing. How many parts on this MOC then? If it is 11wide then it will be PLENTY. Any time a train MOC is an odd number wide they take about 30% more parts. So my 7wide use about 200 more pieces than my 8wide even though 8wide is bigger, odd numbers soak up those parts. Have fun building!
Thanks! I should have a video done and out in a week or two that explains a bit more about the model, however I have an old video from last year that gives a good overview before I built it.
