Not entirely.... because the state system was not totally destroyed...remember that warlordism is a concept where warlords have total control over the land, resources, people, and territory.

Sir state in the sense ,india is also called state,😢Also 28 states ia also called state?
In a general sense, the state is like different provinces in the Indian Union. but in Political Science or in Academics, state means a country or a nation in the global political system.

Supraterritorial refers to activities or entities that transcend national boundaries or jurisdictions but may not necessarily encompass the entire globe. Globalization is a broader and more encompassing concept that refers to the interconnectedness and interdependence of economies, cultures, societies, and governance structures worldwide.
