Hey biglanky bowling! just found your channel and noticed i dont see much of a slide; i also bowl 2 handed without much or a slide at all and my knee starts to hurt after awhile and was wondering if you feel the same; subscribed!
Yes absolutely I dont slide much and I have in the past struggled with a little bit of knee pain. For me what seemed to help out was beginning to not take as much of a hop step before planting my foot down. Over time my pain in my knees has started to go away by doing this! Thank you so much for watching and subscribing!
