Great info! so question, do you think the interest rates will go down with what they are predicting out there??
that is a great question and I always tell people, of course I don't have a crystal ball..I wish I did! but from the research that I have gathered, it looks like we might have another drop in July and perhaps closer to the end of the year. we will see, I know it shouldn't matter, but an election year might play a factor. we will keep watching!

@TheSammisTeam right now at the baymont hotel on Mac drive in PG my parents lived at eagle point park on Burnt store rd for 16 years they are both gone now it has always been a dream of mine to live in PG Isles but I'm just a 61 soon to be 62 year old HVAC/R technician so I too will almost certainly live in Eagle point in a couple of years in the mean time I'm looking at some Air B&Bs in PG isles to stay at while I'm down looking at homes and enjoying my time in SW Florida

My favorite part of Boca is everything the beach at the pass is my go to beach it wasn't that long ago I drove my boat from Ponce de Leon Park out the pass and parked it at the beach I love it there but still moving to PG.
