I definitely agree about the screws that Holosun supplies with the SCS. I got an SCS for my Walther full size PDP 5 inch and within 1 magazine, one of the screws sheared off. I had to have an armorer tap out the screw. I told Holosun and to their credit, they sent me 2 sets of extra screws free of charge within a week. Put on another set of screws and again I felt something hit my face within just a few shots. Sheared again! And yes, I torqued them to the specs Holosun suggested. 15 inch lbs. Blue loctite and even staked them with an oil paint pen. I ordered a set from Battle Werx. Been on ever since. Almost a year now. I gotta say, I love that little optic though.

Thank you I intend to get an EPS for my Glock 26 for concealed carry and I didn't realize that the non-carry would overhang. This was exactly the info I needed. To be fair, the company I'll use for the milling first sends a 3D model and helps with the choice, so I'm sure it would come up, but I prefer knowing in advance.

I got my Glock 17 milled at the Glock store. They did an awesome job ACRO p-2 cut. I have a Trijicon RMR on my G26 gen 3. I bought the EPS not the EPS carry for the G26 it might look to big for it.

The other thing I don't like about putting MOS RMR Red Dot on Glocks they don't have a ceiling plate so if you sweat on it you'll get rust underneath the screws and the plate itself so I carry my glock with the factory

I bought the version 2 and the trigger went from 4 lb in version 1 to 5 lb inversion 2 which was basically I regret it purchasing it. However I went to OverWatch precision and bought their MP3 dot connector which is a little lighter than the no-name connector but heavier than the minus connector but installing it the connector that is was a real pain because you have to slip the trigger bar the rear of it underneath the spring but the spring was fully tensioned so it was really hard to thread that I tried using an ice pick to move it out of the way but I finally figured it out how to do it and lift up the rear spring assembly and then I put the bar under it and try to catch it at the right angle and then I was able to capture that then install the now it is at 4 lb and it's really good

Bro- I need some good advice. I got my LTC last year after the shootings at the Allen Outlets. I purchased a Glock 19 Gen5 that I've never used OR even oiled the pistol yet. I've added the Glock performance trigger, Amerglow night sights, extended slide release- etc. I even purchased on Gun Broker a separate New Glock 19 Gen5 MOS slide marksman barrel and added the holosun SCS green dot it. I'm debating selling the Glock pistol and the additional MOS slide at this time and transitioning to another gun manufacture. Question; Do you have any advice on how to go about selling these items privately. Or do you know any Glock enthusiasts like yourself in the Collin / Dallas county area ?! Again- everything is brand new, never used and or even oiled, thank you

I really appreciate this video. I just mounted a SCS-MOS to a new Glock 21 and haven't shot it yet. Fortunately, I was able to remove the Holosun screws without breaking them and have a set of Battle Werx screws coming.

Just ordered a SCS from Freedom Gorilla and picked up their Made in USA replacement screws. Hopefully they are just as good as the Battle Werx screws.

Have you tried the eps carry on the 26.5 mos? Just bought one and am regretting not getting the eps. The differences I noticed were marginal which is why i went with the eps carry mrs since it would sit flush. But the window is definitely wider on the eps.

Are you still liking the EPS Carry on your 19? I'm trying to decide between the Carry and EPS full size for my 19. I like the flush fit of the Carry but am concerned I'll wish I had the bigger window of the EPS.

I am NOT trying to be a jerk or anything. I am trying to help you. I believe I am correct, but always open to constructive criticism. Put that screw back in. What you have done is dangerous. You have eliminated the trigger safety tab from engaging the pistol frame. **JG VEX shoes pre-travel is non adjustable but is fixed at the minimum safe distance. You need to relearn the correct trigger pull for a flat face trigger. You must use the pad tip of your finger and NOT over insert your index finger to the power crease. As well, the placement of your finger pad must be on the lower third of the trigger flat face below the fulcrum of the lower pin through the safety tab. This trigger was designed to be maximially safe, reliable, and have a definite wall for Combat and Law Enforcement use under adrenalin rush. German police seems to prefer the HK P30. I don't think I've ever seen them using accessories like those barrel-mounted flashlights. It's probably against regulations.
