Can i get some tips for the vents its kinda hard
check the camera, if he comes in the vent, close the light. If he comes from the hallway, close thie light and hide in the closet however, if you are not sure then you close the light and hide in the closet (This is the safest strat that works both on vent and hallway)

Help on PS4 in the part of putting the text "your family is dead" nothing appears when I put that text it doesn't tell me which button I should press correctly
I've never played games on PS4 before but on keyboard I pressed the enter key to confirm the thing, So I think that you need to press some sort of comfirm button I guess (I mean the button that confirms texts like enter key on the pc keyboard)

Nice job, some tips: Stay near the edged of the map as their is not a high chance The Rake will go their Avoid the Observation Tower at all costs, it is a death trap. Do not run unless The Rake is chasing you, why? It's because it takes about half your stamina to get away from The Rake.
