Mine don’t even show up

Thank you so much/ I messed around for ages trying to get it to connect. All I had to do was press return after the numbers lol!, yay. The instructions in the box and the on line manual were totally insufficient.

But my ipad when I use keyboard say -Pairing Unsuccessful Pairing took too long. Make sure "Slim Folio" is turned on, in range, and is ready to pair. I don’t know why can you help me please 🙏
