Hello ^^ I'm Cat from New Zealand, and welcome to my channel! I upload art, vlogs and other creative inspo content. I have Studio Vlogs centred around my crafts, including personal adventures as well as days focused on designing and making products to sell. I like to focus on my content being relaxing, satisfying, inspirational and motivational. We all need a little pick me up every now and then, so this could be the place for it =)

Your inspiring me to make one too! Thats why i started to learn watercolor yesterday:)) may i know how do you make the shade for the skintone of the characters? The colour fits perfectly!! My shade for the skintone looks too dark and it makes the character looks like he has skin disease 😅
I use alot of reds, yellows and even hints of brown/black. Mainly red that has been heavily diluted so its a soft pink and then you add the yellow to make it more of a pale tan

I made my own. I just had to figure out how many rows I wanted to make a reasonably crisp image

Yes I would love to release the pattern but it needs a bit of work and tweaking still 😅

Haha yes indeed. I did see that tapestry as well on etsy but I had the same issue. It's just too big so I'm working on a bunch of tapestries at the moment that can be turned into totes. I'm seeing what yarn works, how many rows I need and what size hooks suit best. This bag was my first complex tapestry so forgive me, it will be a while before I come out with a pattern 😓

Taranaki region. You will know it if you ever see it. There is one tall dormant volcano in the centre, it's absolutely breathtaking for new traveller's 😍. Ooo and September is a lovely, dewy time for us as It's the beginning of spring. Yes I am starting to get into plushies now. It has been hard finding the yarn for them but I finally have a source 😁

I found it at spotlight NZ. Just happened to be the perfect length and the right colors for me. Dark table cloths are good for outlining products but I love a bright set up

Would you be willing to do a price breakdown for the markets? How much did you pay to sell there, and how much profit did you make? I am also a crochet artist who likes to do markets, so this video was very helpful to me.

Yay, finally an NZ crochet channel :D I live in NZ myself and only just started crocheting this month. I keep seeing all these chunky yarn other crocheters in other countries use, but I have not had so much luck finding anything fluffy in my local Spotlight or Knit World x: where do you get your yarn? I LOVE the little pumpkins!
Most of my yarn is from spotlight altho I have dappled in Flock of Knitters and Craft Haven. Spotlight has just started stocking blanket yarn again which I'm thrilled about otherwise I found some *chenille* yarn at flock of knitters online which comes in a chunky form! They have the best line of colors I have been able to find in NZ so far for this plush yarn type. Glad to see another kiwi 🥝 🙌 thank you and take care 🙂

Asked for permission from who exactly? I make most of my videos inspired by other artists and vloggers on TH-cam but no one really owns a particular style. As for painting anime characters, that's fine as long you don't mass produce and sell a copied design.
