Your paying them to provide a service. Part of their role is customer service. If they are not good at this, just swap instructor and make sure to inform others of the poor service so they don't go through what you did.

after turning how to know the road is about 20 or 30? because at or after every turn at some turning speed limit mention or at some point after moving some distance we are able to find speed display board!

Thank you for all the videos are really helpful, I have my second test in less than 10 days and is really helpful to watch the routes. Do you have any idea what route might fall on Friday 12:38? When I had my first attempt I thing I had Palmers Green route and it was 10:14 Wednesday not a bad route but quite long and I failed as I haven’t been in some places and I got confused what to do. Hopefully this time it will be better 🤞
