Future formal rose garden project. This area had wet, sticky clay soil which is highly unsuitable for growing roses. We tried growing some roses in this area two years ago, and they all died. The solution was to add underground drain ties (seen in a previous video), and remove a foot or so of clay and replace it with fresh, compost-rich black topsoil. Speechless. Absolute refinement.
The upper mid-west version of Gamble House in Pasadena Ca built by Greene and Greene. But all the furniture in amble House is arts and crafts appropriate-not so here. But the wood, the glass, beveled and stained is fantastic.
Keep the architecture, plus modern day tech/rights.

So amazing, when it was Bradley Hall I loved shopping there and wished I had paid closer attention to all the details. I watched this 3 times-the stained glass is breath taking
