Bad audio is the most likely thing to get someone to click off of your video. Which sounds odd but I guess we're just living in a world of HD cameras and low quality USB microphones. so having your intro in only one speaker really takes that intro segment and makes it roughly four times worse One cheap upgrade to your sound system is a pop filter which isn't very expensive on its own but honestly if you're converting models you probably have all the skills to make one yourself as it's just a piece of thin cloth in a frame to keep your breath from brushing over your microphone Now let's talk your visuals you seem to have chosen to keep everything in a fast forward to cut down on run time which kind of makes it difficult to see the Precision Cuts you're talking about especially if your hands and the model is constantly moving in and out of frame so it's probably a good idea to slow back down at important details It seems you repeatedly stopped in the middle of a sentence likely as you're at a loss for words try to cut those out and re-record that sentence. (You're the editor you can cut out your mistakes) You're not untalented you're on the right track so keep trying

Do you plan on doing some Xenos conversions/kitbashes soon? I'd also like to see you tackle some alternate Heresies (such as the Dornian Heresy) for your next conversions, specifically different Chaos Cultists that are aligned with the Dornian Heresy Traitor Legions (similar to how Pete the Wargamer tackled kitbashing cultists for the Canon Traitor Legions) Just some suggestions

next time i would skip the eyes just use a wash on the sockets and a little white eyes are so hard to do and they can be a big thing doing this makes them look great at table level! Good job overall though!

I'd like to see you tackle kitbashing a Chaos-corrupted AT-ST, that would be a fun little crossover themed project you could do As for which AT-ST model to use, you might wanna use the newer one for Star Wars Legion and slap some Chaos bits on it! And have some dead Rebels either impaled on some spikes or hanging off of chained hooks as gruesome trophies Because it's Chaos
