Ruby Beach in Olympic National Park, USA Pacific Ocean Coastline Walking Tour, Washington State.
Many consider Ruby Beach to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the Olympic Peninsula. It is known for its abundant driftwood, stunning sunsets, and wild and rocky shores. The beach is part of the larger Kalaloch area, providing almost 20 miles of rugged and dramatic coastline to explore. The beach is bounded in the north by the mouth of the Hoh River, just a 2-mile walk from the main Ruby Beach access point. Numerous sea stacks dot the coastline, including Destruction Island and Abbey Island. Ruby Beach is a place to step away from the busy road and appreciate the isolated splendor of the Washington coast.

This is what the sea looks like... There's a strong wind blowing and I can see strong waves. It's a very nice view.
Yes, it was a very windy day, but then it almost always is on the coast. Thanks for the comment!
You almost got wet feet there, lol :) I can't even remember the last time that I went to the beach, but I would have to say that beaches in NY are nowhere near as peaceful as this one. What I like about areas like this is having the imagination of a kid, looking at that big rock in the middle of the sea and thinking about who lives there. Obviously nobody does, but I used to love to imagine leprechauns and trolls and all types of characters living there. It also looks like you pretty much had the place to yourselves as well.
Yeah, it's a long way from anywhere populated, about a 3 and half hour drive from Seattle so not many daytrippers, even in midsummer it's never very crowded. It's a shame it's so far from us, it's our favorite beach to visit, there are closer ones but they aren't as scenic as this one. And one thing you will never find on a Washington beach is a lot of swimmers or sunbathers. Even in the dead of summer it can be cool and windy and the water is always freezing cold.
Is that you taking a pic?
It is indeed. Thanks for the comment!

At first, the street in the video reminds me of a real face from American movies. The way I've imagined America my whole life. The choice of music enhances it. I'm glad for the ride with you in the car and seeing a few minutes of life in your country thanks to you.
You're very welcome indeed, glad you enjoyed it. It's one of our favorite towns to go to and hang out. Thanks for your comment.
Nice job 🙂
Thank you very much!
What a great opening shot of the cowboy on the horse, that just screams Americana, doesn't it? Ah, the classic car show, now I see how that ties into your trip. I wonder if the movie being shown at the theater is "Let the good times roll", or if it is some local community theater performance of 'Good times roll'? It would be awesome to see a 1950s Rock and Roll movie in an old time theater like that. I just did a quick search online, they are a 'The Cars' tribute band :) Look at that old truck at 7:16 . I wonder if they knew about the car show? That was a lovely trip around small town America. If you keep your eyes peeled there really is a lot to see in the video, including a dinosaur and a scarecrow 😆
Well you see, the key point you make is "keep your eyes peeled" which you obviously do but many people don't. Like you've mentioned before, you can tell from people's comments when they watch about 30 seconds, leave some generic comment and switch off, versus someone actually "watching" the entire thing and paying at least a little attention. The theatre in the video, The Chalet, has been there a long time, originally a movie theatre, now they do live shows only, mostly musical acts. I think the truck at 7:16 had just left the truck show, we got there just as it was breaking up. And the cowboy on the horse, that was pure luck. I knew immediately that was my opening!
These kinda awesome drives i love to watch...no homeless problem in enumclaw n surroundings?? Would love to visit enumclaw
Glad you liked it. Enumclaw is one of our favorite small towns in the area, it just has a cool laid back vibe and always something going on. Believe it or not, even in this nice small town there are a few homeless bums hanging around but nothing major like in other cities of the region. So far. Hope it doesn't get any worse. Thanks for the comment!

It's a beautiful spectacle. This is the true face of America. As I know it from American movies of the '80s. Partly the buildings and the streets and especially the cars. Those old cars from the '50s and '70s. I guess you don't even see those old cars on the street anymore, do you? Beautiful video.
We see a few of them on the street occasionally but not often. Thanks for the kind words and for always supporting our channel, we appreciate it!

Smart thinking to walk to the back of the truck at 1:58 to capture it from the back. I didn't even notice a driver in there until you showed the back view. That was an issue I encountered as well, owners parking themselves right in front of their vehicles. Some of those trucks are so low down I would be frightened to drive them. One pot hole and the entire frame comes off, lol. I like it when people put the make and model in the window, just so that people like me who know nothing about cars can at least know what it is that we are looking at :) It looks like a very pleasant day for the show as well.
As for the weather, yeah a pretty typical early summer day in these parts, meaning 60's, clouds but no rain, any day it's not raining is a good day! I also couldn't believe how low some of these vehicles were. I don't see how you could actually drive them on the street, it wouldn't even take a pothole, any slight dip and you're scraping pavement. Kinda dumb if you ask me (but they didn't ask). This was not planned at all, we were just driving around Enumclaw and saw this going on and stopped to film it. Sometimes you get lucky!
Neat
Thanks a lot, we appreciate it!

Oh interesting, I had no idea that there was a Jimi Hendrix statue in Seattle, I don't recall seeing that in your videos before!! In the memorial park I love the cutout in the structure, I'm sure if you catch the sun right it would probably look awesome seeing the silhouette. I would also be interested in the African-American museum. Let's hope that this video gets the views that it deserves, the memorial is stunning to see. It was also nice that you got the memorial to yourself for a change for the most part.
Yes, the statue and the park were both new to me as well. The park has only been open for a few years apparently and I'm unsure how long the statue has been on the street. There isn't really much in the park that pertains directly to Hendrix other than what we showed, it's mostly just a big grassy field with some soccer goals. And the memorial is nowhere near as heavily visited as Bruce Lee's grave, which always has people around it no matter the day of the week or time of day or weather.
Awesome
Glad you liked it, thanks for watching and leaving your comment!

It's a pretty amazing place, nothing else quite like it in the U.S. Thanks for the comment!
This is a peaceful video. We call a forest that is not cared for by humans a Primeval Forest. The primeval forest is maintained only by nature, by the natural action of time, nature and the elements of the Earth. it's a nice video.
Yes, exactly right, it is a primeval forest. That is part of the idea behind national parks, to preserve these areas in their natural state without human disturbance. Thanks for watching and commenting, glad you enjoyed it.
Amazing, my friend 🙂I was here a few years ago 🙂
It is a magical place, we loved it! Thanks for watching and commenting, we appreciate it!
It really is quite rare to find a park with such depth and foliage, isn't it? I also like how the fallen trees are a part of the landscape so that life can continue as normal in its own habitat. As we walk around looking at the formations and roots of the trees, I can't help but think how many films could be made here, the views are quite stunning, aren't they? When I was younger I would have loved an area like this, making up stories in my mind as I walked around about how the area used to be inhabited by Pixies and Goblins and the tree roots were where they lived :)
This is an area I haven't visited in probably 40 years but it certainly doesn't change much. More people visiting now of course but that's true no matter where you go. Otherwise still as peaceful and lush as I remember. Not easy to get to, nearly a 4 hour drive for us but worth it for sure. It definitely conjures up fairy tale type images, doesn't it? Not sure how well this will do as a video, not real exciting or flashy, which is what seems to do better, but it's a calm and relaxing place to be and maybe if someone is looking for that they will enjoy it.
I am very interested in these robots. I would like to live to see humanoid robots as servants at home. In a shop or restaurant. With a more human, realistic form of body and face. I am very interested in these robots. I would like to live to see humanoid robots as servants at home. In a shop or restaurant. With a more human, realistic form of body and face. At minute 5:50 I heard a Czech greeting! Dobrý den = Hello.Or more precisely Good Day. Yes, Good Day is Dobrý den. You used Ukrainian greeting, it is almost the same as Czech. It is nice.
I didn't know that Dobry den is the same in Czech as it is in Ukrainian. Good to know! Yes the robots are pretty cool to see and interact with them but also a little scary when you think of how it could go awry. It seems to be human nature to invent things that could be used for good - like nuclear power - and then we also find a way to use it to kill and destroy. Thanks for the great comment!
That Aura was hysterical, they could almost do a comedy show with that robot. I could have watched that for another 7 and a half minutes and not be bored with it. It is so neat how it is programmed to be comedic, isn't it? You know what, I have seen that screen before, but I had no idea what it was. It made me dream of watching the BBC Earth series' on it, that must be one heck of a show that they put on there. That must be an incredible performance to watch, but I don't actually remember what it is they show.
The film they showed on the screen is called Postcard from Earth. A spaceship lands on some barren planet with two humans on board, a man and woman and they reminisce about Earth (which is apparently now uninhabitable) and then it just becomes basically a travelogue showing scenes from all over the world filmed in super duper 16K ultra hi-def resolution on this gigantic screen with ear-splitting sound, the seats rumble, they even have simulated wind blowing on the audience during a storm sequence so it almost becomes an immersive amusement park ride experience. Very impressive other than being so loud it nearly made my ears bleed. Aura was definitely fun to watch and yes, surprisingly funny, that was a nice programming touch to give it a sense of humor. Thanks for the comment!
As always this is a well made video of you. It was very interesting to watch. Many greetings 😀

This is exactly the true face of the USA. This is how I know it from TV from Hollywood movies. Such an environment, the road with a yellow line, the buildings, the flag is yours. Those are beautiful shots. The music fits the video and also reminds me of video footage from the 80s. American trucks on the roads, Palm trees, sand, mountains and vast countryside. This is the real America as I imagine it. The Old American West.
It is definitely one region in its most natural state. But of course the US is so vast and varied you will find completely different environments from this less than 100 miles from here. It's one big reason why so many Americans never travel outside the country. You can find just about any type of geography you want somewhere inside our borders. Thanks for the comment!
