May 1st - Opening weekend in Quebec, zone 10. In the last hour before legal shooting time here in Quebec (noon), I had a hen come in, followed by two Sandhill Cranes, followed by two beardless Jakes, and finally two Toms came in chasing the Jakes out of my setup. Had the chance to fish a Crappie fishing spot in Northern Quebec with my buddy Yan Rochon from Outaouais Fishing Action. We worked very hard over two days to figure them out but when we found the "CLUMP" it was non-stop action for over two hours.

Can you share your location or Zone you are hunting at please? I'm a 1st time hunting and I'm not sure where to go to hunt. I live in Montreal. Thanks
My pleasure JM. I hunt zone 10 ouest area. About 2 hours north west from montreal. I see turkeys all the time near St-Lazare area. Don’t be shy to ask owners for hunting access. Most folks hate the disturbance of the turkeys and wouldn’t mind getting rid of a few.

Yeah the Avian X decoys are definitely worth every penny. Those birds really thought they were real.

Jen veux une aussi mais jai peur pour le poid ya un special en ce moment chez Sail et ca vaut la peine en maudit mais la tente plus le poid de tout mon stock jvais etre rendu a 200 lbs ca va prendre le snowdog lan prochain aussi lol
Oui le poids est quelque chose. Je me suis construit un Smitty pour me deplacer. Regarde ca sur TH-cam. Je suis capable de le tirer seul avec tout mon stock et mon fils dessus. 230 livres environ sans probleme. Sans le Smitty, oublie ca. Je l’adore surtout avec les enfants.

Pas de quoi être fier, tire un animal et facile le servir correctement et très importante sur tous dans l'etique de la chasse, que ce soit à l'arc ou avec une arme à feu on doit donner la mort la plus vite possible et proprement possible
pascal meurant un tir directement dans le coeur, mort dans les prochaines secondes, ya rien de plus précis. Tu voulais quoi comme tir?
La plupart des gens que je connais qui chasse coupe la caméra pour que l'on ne voit pas l'animal agonisant, je précise que je ne dis pas suite à une chasse à l'arc , je me suis permis de faire la remarque car quand on regarde la vidéo , avec la coupure ses ce que l'on pense et la chasse que ce soit à l'arc ou la carabine l'ACT et le même et souvent mal compris et interprète . Les écologistes ce serve de ses vidéo pour combattre la chasse , alors mille excuses et la prochaine fois laisse la caméra tourné
