Yea, consistency…..that’s another aspect of the game that needs discipline. You said the push-ups need to be done whether you feel good or not. You were my inspiration for my morning work. I use raised push-up bars for my 250 push ups done in 15 push up increments. The last 25 are knee to the chest or raised leg up in the air. Then my afternoon is various calisthenics mixed with dumbbells and pull-ups. I wanted to take the morning off so thanks for the extra inspiration. Keep up the good work. I’ll be checking on you. I’ll let you know when I subscribe. Yeah My name is Guy. I suppose you would say Gee (spelled Guy). I’m 56 and 3 years ago, I started doing push-ups every day, for no reason. I think my Max amount I could do without rest would be 55 or 60. My hat goes off to you. Big respect, hermano! And they were 110 legitimate pushups. Most people give you the garbage push-ups, which doesn’t even count in my opinion. Let’s GO!!!!

Good job. You definitely have a lot of experience doing push ups. You should balance your upper body muscles by doing pulling exercises as well. This could prevent injuries.
