I think the discussion needs to be promoted as being heard and seen is first step to changing things. Culture change needs to happen and that starts with fans and pundits raising this point and keeping it on the agenda. We also need a few more trailblazing examples eg clubs and players who push their education and badges and don't take no for an answer!
