Navigating the Deferred Resignation Program: My Personal Experience as a Federal Employe

As a disabled Navy veteran, I discuss the challenges, internal communications, and decision-making process that led me to submit my resignation after just a few weeks on the job. I also highlight the lack of media objectivity and the real concerns faced by probationary employees like myself.
