How to Create Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Bootable USB | Easy Method |

Note: Creating a bootable USB drive will erase all data on the USB drive, so make sure to back up any important files before proceeding.
Materials Needed:
A USB flash drive with at least 8GB of storage.
A Windows 10 ISO file, which you can download from the official Microsoft website.
Steps:
Download the Windows 10 ISO:
Go to the official Microsoft website (www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) and download the Windows 10 ISO file.
Prepare the USB Drive:
Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
Make sure you have no important data on the USB drive, as it will be erased during this process.
Create the Bootable USB:
Download and install a tool like Rufus (rufus.ie/) to create the bootable USB drive.
Open Rufus and select your USB drive from the "Device" dropdown menu.
Click on the "Select" button next to "Boot selection" and choose the Windows 10 ISO file you downloaded.
Leave the other settings at their default values unless you have a specific need to change them.
Click "Start" and confirm any prompts to continue. This process will erase the USB drive.
Rufus will copy the contents of the Windows 10 ISO file to the USB drive and make it bootable.
Completing the Process:
Once Rufus indicates that the process is complete, you can close the program.
Safely eject the USB drive from your computer.
Using the Bootable USB Drive:
To install or repair Windows 10 using the bootable USB drive, follow these steps:
Insert the bootable USB drive into a USB port on your target computer.
Restart your computer and enter the BIOS or boot menu by pressing the appropriate key (e.g., F2, F12, ESC) during startup.

Thanks for the video. Use 100% isopropyl alcohol to remove the old thermal paste completely. Apply small pea sized blobs of fresh thermal paste to the centre of each processor unit. When the fan pipe heatsink is reinstalled it will compress the paste into a thin layer over the entire contact surface of the processor and the heatsink. This optimises cooling and no paste leaks out. When applying thermal paste "less is more". If too much is applied, clean it up and start again. Use high quality thermal paste. Remove old paste and reinstall fresh thermal paste every couple of years. Alternativey consider using thermal strips. Thermal strips can also be applied to the fan pipe itself to allow the bottom of the case to be used as a heatsink. Cheers from the Land Down Under.

You should try using phase-change material Honeywell PTM7950. It comes in as a sheet, lasts longer and performs in my experience works better than traditional pastes. And if the laptop has thermal pads, then replace is thermal putty Upsiren UX Pro. It is also good to do undervolting.

From all reports the Honeywell PCM is very effective. But it is somewhat difficult to install properly compared to thermal paste. And it is two to three times to cost as well. Thermal paste provides the option to clean up and start again if you don't get it right the first time. However, proper installation of PCM will provide additional cooling benefits compared to thermal paste. And it will probably last longer before requiring replacement. It is not easy to undervolt a Dell XPS 13. Dell has effectively removed the options to do this in the BIOS. It may be possible to undervolt a Linux system. However, virtually impossible to do so with Windows 11. And undervolting can cause problems if not configured correctly.
What is Terminal paste Quality and Name Sir ?

HP stands for Horrible Products. Their design engineers make everything difficult. Applying thermal paste should not take this much effort. Glad I didn't buy one.
Yes. G3 is a good laptop but changing thermal paste is difficult but other HP models are very easy and straight forward.
@@eminenttechleadsAgree. I had HP EliteBook 8470p and changing paste took about 10 minutes. Bottom plate without screws. Was made by engineers)) And now I have 840 g3. I am a little bit disappointed)
