Rockford on the Record: Online high school diplomas
Leon Smith is the program manager for the Rockford Public Library's Adult Online High School program. The program has had phenomenal success. The Rockford Region has too many adults without a GED or a high school diploma. The RPL program is one program that is reducing the number of adults who do not have a good enough education to get a job that pays a living wage.
