While making this all I could think of is how much this man mews

the new best spot is before you fight the putrescent knight, there are a bunch of animals sleeping near the "fissure depths" site of grace in the shadow DLC. These animals also have a very very small chance to drop nectarblood burgeons, as if fromsoft knew we were going to farm them. The chance is rare but pop on some silver scarab and silver fowl foots and youll get maybe 1 per 50 flight pinions. Edit: dont sleep on the fact theyll give you nectarblood burgeons the lulling branch IMO is one of the best consumables it restores a crazy amount of FP

2 years later, the Rangor Armor is reintroduced as Igon’s Armor in the dlc. Maybe it was some lore shit.

Theres a way better spot in the siofra river

for anyone who is still confused. use both hands for your OFFHAND weapon first (so 2H weapon) -> seppuku, then switch back to your normal stance -> seppuku (no need to hold by both hands). VOILA

There's a better spot west of the 4th Church of Marika on the west coast of the beach a bunch of them there and you could farm em with aoe magic

Okay but why would you do that? Isn't Seppuku a buff to your character? Meaning that you do more dmg + bleed for a few seconds? Or is the +dmg and +bleed applied to the weapon itself?

The way elden ring does random drops is so dumb, especially with discovery. Idk why they want random mediocre weapons to be ridiculously rare.

DS3 had such easy ember farm... you could get 1 every 1-2 minutes without any extreme item discovery tricks from Lothric Knighs inside the Lothric Castle... this looks like horrible pain in the ass

This is definitely the best spot for farming Rune Arcs. It's right next to a Site of Grace, so you can run back and forth to it without fast travelling and losing the Silver Fowl Foot effect. The rats are also compacted into a small room, so anything with AOE or the ability to hit multiple targets expedites things.
