Nice job but you could have easily removed the counter and sprayed it somewhere else
Removal means way more work. Cutting it off the wall. Then, you have to find a place to shoot it. I can have a small bathroom masked in less than an hour. Not to mention, I did the whole kitchen, too. Spraying outdoors leads to overspray on all the neighbors' stuff. If this was a 6000 dollar job, I might go the extra mile. For 200, just for the bathroom counter, yeah, it's not happening.

Hawks research and laboratory, and topkote are very reliable products to use.

What a crazy enCOUNTER
We once did a house with 5 bathtubs all different colors. Painted all of them. None ever peeled. 8 years later customers as happy as can be. Ive painted close to 100 tubs and showers with quality oroduct we get from a small local company.
I'll praise anyone who is here to promote quality work! The sad thing is that people are uneducated about the process. It's not as easy as applying the paint and wishing for the best. I want people to make educated decisions and ask the right questions. I am sick of people selling crap work because it's fast and affordable. I am struggling because people value their dollar over quality work. Then, you have guys like this who have no knowledge of the subject at hand and turn people away from the refinishing process.

Know your limits when getting on a board. That's a serious injury you got there. After a year or two, you should have full function and capabilities again. Don't give up!

Stretching is important, but I have psoriatic arthritis. Lots of bone on bone action going on. Stretching sometimes isn't even an option because I can't bend certain ways.
I take Biotrust Mulit Collagen for that. My knees sucked after being a running back through college. 46 and my knees feel great

Very weird! I was diagnosed at 26(35now) with PSA. For 6 months, I couldn't walk. Even though everything hurts, I don't think I could ever stop skating. So try not to worry. Eyedea said- Agony is truth. it's our connection to the living, accept it as perfection, and keep on existing in the now.

54c is your GPU temp my dude. Try HWiNFO if you want to see your CPU temps. I think Ryzen Master shows you CPU temps too, and It might even show you where you were @3:14, just click "Additional information".
