The third leg of the Africa Triathlon odyssey saw the "black and yellow brigade" head to Mossel Bay, South Africa for the Ironman 70.3 Mossel Bay.
With beautiful landscapes, rolling hills, blue skies and head winds from Timbuktu this race was definitely one that brought out the grit and determination of the bridgade.

Hey Mike! thanks for the great video briefing, love the format (must admit played it at x2 speed). Question: what are the actual distances for the olympic race? Last year the swim was about 1800m (unless I zigzaged a lot) and we ended up doing half of the middle distance in cycling and running, so 45k cycling and 10.5k running, great if you could confirm to manage our expectations. When you're tired even 500m difference counts!
