I live alone on a small Farm in Switzerland and i love to share a view of my daily life. Interacting with my cat and my horses, cooking and pre-preparing meals for a whole working week, working in the barn, taking care for my vegetable garden and preserving food. What to plant and harvest in October in Switzerland
In Oktober i plant savoy cabbage, red and white cabbage, leek, broccoli, onions, garlic and cauliflower, also i sow spinach and corn salad.
In Oktober i can harvest broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, pumkins, cucumer, nuts, watermelon, peppers, apples, leek, snow peas, cellery and figs.

These are Trofie and that's the way to make it. The real name is Trofie artigianali or fatte in casa (home made) Fusilli are complitely different, fusilli do not have any hole in the middle. Please go to see how much types of italian pasta exits
