Hello again to another video with a very very late upload since the last video so sorry for that. But here we go, we had a very good 5k race in the morning at 8:45!!! We came 5th and we we're pleased with our result.
But today for the second session after the 5k time trial we had a time to focus on our technique and I decided to go mileage/2k prep for any dorny racing to test the technique if it is viable for high rate at a long amount of time with cold air as yes- it is getting chilly and to temperature's of 6 degrees!!
Let's just hope it snows this year so we can get some very nice pictures of rowing on the river for 2024.
