Av-DEC’s Flame-Retardant HI-TAK® Polyurethane Rolled Sealants (PRS®) pass the 12-second Vertical Bunsen Burner Test per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix F, Part 1 (a)(1)(II) and the 15-second Horizontal Bunsen Burner Test per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix F, Part 1 (a)(1)(IV) & (V). The 12-second vertical flammability test is one of the more stringent forms of flammability testing conducted on cabin and cargo materials.
Each lot of Av-DEC Flame-Retardant sealant is tested using the vertical Bunsen burner method and the results are approved by an FAA Designated Engineering Representative.

Ok, but do you install the antenna while the SLG is still wet? Or do you let the SLG dry first?
Prior to installing the antenna to the fuselage allow the SLGFR to gel up, gel time is 15 to 20 minutes at 77 degrees F or 25 degrees C. Here's a link to our Self-Leveling Green product page: avdec.com/products/injectable-sealants/self-leveling-green
