In reference to your comment about me saying previously that you must roll to wound if you roll to hit. Part of the reason you have to is because there are some mechanics later that DO allow you to choose not to, so you are trivializing those by doing it anyways. Obviously I'm not going to fault you for playing how you want, but I've found after having played the first 3 cycles that every change I've made to make the game more how I wanted, I did so out of ignorance of the extremely well-balanced game that already exists, and so I changed them back to how they were intended, and sure enough the game continued to be enjoyable. For example, I originally played that you could use Arrow Barrage at any point in an Attack, because I thought it was dumb to have to risk it on a potential failed attack, but after changing it back I realized that I was the one at fault for just playing/using it poorly.

I am pretty excited about this game. I am a Beast Digital level supporter on the Kickstarter with the Mercenary digital files add-on. I plan on being a New Antioch player and below is a campaign list I have been tinkering around with for a bit. Small model count, so losing anyone hurts. Inability to take heavy armor stings. Thoughts?

A few more things: * If you land any hits on an attack, you must continue the attack, draw the bp, and roll a power roll, and resolve responses. You cannot choose to not do this. * You can use fate to reroll evasion rolls. I think you may be confusing these with armor rolls. ALL d10 rolls besides kratos rolls and awakening rolls can be rerolled with fate. * if you go over 9 danger for ANY reason (not just an attack), you must do an Obol Draw * You mention having fought him 5 times, this means you should have 5 marks on his track. Maybe you were only marking them when you won? * You ignore adversary symbols while fighting the Adversary, so he should not be on the map at all after the fight

So, based on you saying you only need 7 wounds dealt, this is only your 3rd pursuer fight? Did you already disable toying in the first or second fight? That seems unlikely... if not you made this fight waayyyyyy harder than it should've been

Game looks great. What I wouldnt do to be 14 again with infinite amount of time to play these big games. KDM, Oathsworn, Primal, ATO , Midara, gloomhaven. Why didnt these type of games exist when I was younger! Of course I wouldnt have had the money to buy any of them....

Hey! Just so you know, Talespinner is intended for Cycle 4 onwards. It gives you this warning on the card it comes with. You can rack up the omega hub notes though in the meantime so you have the ability to craft it multiple times by the time you get there!

Went all in for ATO and twelve sins. Great game from what I played so far but I can't help but be fearful that I will have too much content when it all lands. The all in for twelve sins came with a handful of extra characters and nemesis which I may never use so I will be skipping out on these one off extras.

When a card says to add 2 openings and/or breaks, the "and" means you can do 1 of each, not 2 of each. You get 2 TOTAL tokens, you just get to mix-and-match.

The muramasu has deadly 2 which means it crits on an 8+ so you would have crit 3 times killing your survivor but would have gained another Lion tail. The lvl 3 white Lion strange resource can still be used as it’s keywords for crafting even if you don’t want the dagger, I don’t remember if your using the seed patterns from GCE but it has a upgrade for the knife that requires it to craft, but you gain those randomly through insight. Also if you have the longclaw Lenore white box you’d get the indomitable resource from that from lvl 3 Lion. I don’t know if the -mov is worth it but with the steel shield you can spend that survival as much as you want to avoid hits since their is no once per round limit. Their is no limit to how many perfect resources you can have, their is only 1 of each in the deck but when you record at the end of the settlement you return it so your good to pull it again. Best of luck against DBK he is pretty tough, clubs are good against him.

Good video. The ambush fight can be rough, with no benefits at all other than lowering Argo Fate. Good thing the card gets removed when used.

Great video, thanks. I am late to this episode, but I don't think Knossos can be assigned anything like a Labyrinthian temple (explained in the Chapter 1 book), so you would have applied this to another tile nearby. It's also great seeing a LevelUp getting some use. I love mine.
