Water StorageTank, Roof Look Around
มุมมอง 58 หลายเดือนก่อน
Got a call to wash two 1.5 million gallon water storage tanks way out in the woods. Job needed to be done quickly so I worked sun up to sun down and finished both tanks in 6 days by my self. Had to anti freeze my equipment each night because temps were around 25 degrees each night and I had no power to run a heater in the trailer.

From little truck to big trailer changes everything !
How is the float valve mounted in the lid? Is it just hanging?
Thats very cool
"Promo sm" ☺️
Love the buffer tank setup. I'm stealing this hack!
What size trailer is that?
Where u get the rubber for the flooring from
home depot online rubber garage flooring was a few years ago but might still be there about $ 120 I think it was 7 x 14 roll and i glued it down as one piece to protect the trailer floor
Gif always pop when you don't want them to and when you need them that happens geeze good on you keep your cool that would of been a nightmare thanks for sharing 👍
I think I got a few more gray hairs that day ,live and learn.
Nicely done bother shows you have pride in what you do best of luck 👍👍
Are you softwashing the fence ?
Yes, I applied a soap mix with a downstream injector and rinsed with a high flow rate, low pressure nozzle. A 16 gpm 25 deg nozzle on a 4 gpm pump puts out a lot of flow with very little pressure. You can use your machines in many ways to get the job done properly. I have spray tips from 3 gpm to 16 gpm to get the pressure up or down as needed for the work and not rip anything apart.
Keep an eye on that SH tank! Had our bulk head leak and eat about a 3” hole in our decking
Yep that is a spot that the gasket can biodegrade from the s/h. When i got the tank it was drilled for a outlet or i would have put a dip tube in.
Who made your logo your wash gun is identical to mine?
A paid for graphic from a logo creation software that my sign company altered for my logo.
Nice! I’m putting a small stealth system next month for times I don’t need the full trailer rig but it’ll be all 12 volt. The system is going in a toolbox and tanks on a skid for easy removal when necessary
It Is nice to have a setup you can use but not carry all your gear. I have had a few calls from 2 hours away from my home and did the work with my stealth rig.
Where did you get that flooring
Home Depot online 7x14 rubber garage mat about $ 115.00 a few years ago and i used contact cement to glue it down.
Love how you have your gas roof pump on top of the stack kit. When i build a 12v setup im going to bolt the box on top of it. Thanks for the idea.
Very nice set up , what is your payload for that trailer, and do you have electric brakes?
3100 max so I try to keep my stuff on a diet ! No carrying around extra junk. I run through a scale every few months to make sure i am not to heavy so far my avg weight is 2700. Also i do not carry water in my tank ( 850 lbs. ) unless I absolutely have to and then slow and gentle as i go. I would like to install brakes just to be a little safer but so far my f150 has had no problem with slowing down . Two months after i got the trailer and truck i had to do a full pedal emergency stop from 70 mph on the interstate and it stayed perfectly straight as i chirped the tires with full abs brake to stop. My hair got a little whiter after that but i feel comfortable knowing it is set up as good as possible .
@@valleysoftwash9374 Thanks for the reply, I’m just starting my build journey. I’m really leaning toward brakes. They save your truck and heaven forbid the trailer ever breaks free the brakes will automatically come on . Not to many things more dangerous than nearly 3000lbs going free willie down the hwy…..
Thanks for that. Ran across your clip and I like the way you got your rig so situated in and done makes sense.
Nice rig setup buddy 👍 keep grinding and going and love it man much support from my channel and company to yours 🤝 I may go from open to enclosed trailers to help protect as well as keep warm on these Tennessee and Alabama days that are slightly at freezing 🥶 temps during the winter months.
Enclosed trailer on cold nights helps beat the cold and i also put a oil filled electric radiator style heater inside to add a few degrees ,before i add anti freeze for the full winter.
Cruising the TH-cam streets, found ur channel & subscribed to so just did and hit the notification bell and wanna say great video and setup bro. Keep up the amazing and great work 👍 #littlespressurewashing
Every day is a new challenge! Bring it on 2023.
That's awesome man. Love the set-up. 🦾
It will take you a few try's to figure out how to set up your rig so don't be afraid to move stuff and redo some hoses on a day off.
@@valleysoftwash9374 Just got started earlier this year, been building my way up to a rig little by little. Hopefully by summer I will have it put together
Looks great. looking to add a division to my existing lawn biz. or i may get out of this all the way and go into pressure and soft washing. trying to get all the info and pointers i can
Keep your other business running to pay the bills and blend in the pressure washing over a few years to let it grow . Yes you can make lots of cash but not every day until you get a large customer base and some commercial contract jobs for multiple cleanings a year. Baby steps hurt less while we grow up!
Looks good bud. I like it.
Slam the top down and go !
This trailer is beautiful
Thanks I wanted to keep it simple and functional
Ad a few more things and soon your ready to wash the space station
boys and their toys got have a little fun
What's the flooring?
Home Depot 7x14 roll of rubber mat , found online and shipped to store for free. I think it was about $ 80
Awesome build, where in the valley are you located?
Harrisonburg Virginia area
Great video!
Thanks for the visit
who's the bald guy?🤣🤣
Super sorry for the noise trying to get camera off tripod
Nice set up I'm sure it looks good going down the road
Put your company name on the sides gets calls even in traffic. I got a call from a guy two cars back at a light and ended up getting 5 house washes from him, it pays for it self many times over.
What is that back window ad called?
Sign company installed perforated vinyl car wrap oner window
I always trip the GFI (if available). Then tell homeowners to reset it the next day. The problem is, we wash many homes that don’t have the buttons on the outlet
Tripping the GFI might help but still be super careful
Really enjoyed your video. Where can I purchase the flexible exhaust pipe ?
Any auto parts store has it , just have to over tighten the clamp a bit to crush it on to the muffler
@@valleysoftwash9374 Thank you! What size do you recommend for a Honda GX 690 and 800?
Both of you have awesome trailer set-ups and I’m gonna transfer over from open trailer to enclosed trailers rather soon. Gotta get all my equipment out of the elements 💯
Also really nice to be able to toss all your junk in and lock it up .
@@samsonitepaintingmorellc7383 I think i used 1 1/8 and just crushed it down a bit with the clamp
Looking awsome
Thank you. You gave me some great ideas for organizing my van
I took a lot of time thinking about how I use my equipment and placed as much as possible so I can reach it from the ground.
Awesome set up my problem is do I need 250 truck for starting this business
An f250 or gm 2500 is better for the extra weight and will let you add more equipment in the future. For my truck setup i need it to fit under the cover for traveling to jobs that require me to stay in hotels. I am considering getting a f250 and building a modular truck skid with my v twin powered machines and soft wash setup but I will still use my small under cover system for travel jobs.
For toying do you name combinations plates
Not sure I understand your comment ? Did spellcheck get carried away?
Preparedness 😉👍💯💯💯
Having back up plans and parts make you look good and get done with the job on time.
That's a "pucker factor" of 10!
Looking good brother!
Great info. I'm a washer to and this is very scary! I do tape up or put a plastic bag over outlets also recommend carrying an ABC fire extinguisher in your truck too
Oh yeah I have an extinguisher mounted on the inside of the trailer door so it’s ez to get. I also tape and bag everything plus silicone to the tops of all outlets. Keep on protecting your customers properly and wash on.
Sweet Setup man!
The truck bed set up has been fantastic. I live in an area that has crazy driveways and small mountain roads so taking my 12 ft. Long trailer just is not possible sometimes. Also I travel to jobs 2-3 hours and stay overnight so having everything disappear under a locking bed cover is a comfort factor.
Love it! You have some great ideas that I will keep in mind as I continue my own every evolving trailer upgrades.
Our rigs always need something fixed due to the s/h we use, so keep trying new ideas
Great video man! I was wondering, I see that this is a single axle trailer. How is all of the weight holding up? Have you had any issues yet? What is the trailer brand?
Hi the trailer is a 7 x12 homesteader . I am careful to not to carry things I don’t need . That being said I took it to the scales and it is 2970 lbs. with empty water and 15 gallons of s/h . My next trailer will be tandem axle so I can carry full water with plenty of safety margin. So far everything is holding together perfectly.
Do you have any issues with rust underneath the trailer from sh fumes venting underneath?
Not so far I have been checking underneath and no rust has shown up.
I also had a little bit of trouble combining both of my bypass lines, have you had any trouble with it
The combined bypass will dribble out the other machine pressure hose but I always have a ball valve on both my hoses so I just leave them closed. I really don’t know if combining the bypass hoses from two machines is good or bad ,I just thought one less hose would look better.
How did you make that surface cleaner holder I love that and want to do that my enclosed trailer!?!
It was very easy, just put the cleaner on the floor and use some pvc trim boards to make a box around the base with two long sides. Flip it over and mount it the trailer ceiling with L brackets. I am going to make on for my new 20” surface cleaner and I will do a video on it.
Nice job. County work pays good.
Wow what a nice upgrade from your little truck rig, way to go man. this means only one thing! your doing great and growing. Awesome.
I have been very blessed or lucky with my business and I also constantly reinvest a large amount of income to upgrade my systems to work more efficiently and less wear and tear on me.
Beautiful new setup 🤩
It is really nice to work from it and have the equipment choice of what I can use for each job.. I have changed some of the stuff and need to do a new walk through.
Fantastic setup! A lot of thought went into this trailer build and I love your attention to detail, and keeping things neat. 👍
Thanks ,we spend many hours working from our trucks or trailers and a few hours of planing and organizing pays off later with less wasted time
