The food one is very true, i work in construction so after the migrant influx i had a bunch of co workers (working with false work permits). These guys went from eating fresh meat and organic produce since they lived on ranches. From eating jack in the box/mcdonalds etc. Most of them got horribly sick from their stomach soon after enough to miss work for 2-4 weeks.
