I do it different. First it’s very important that the cutter and heating plate is clean, never touch the ends after they are cut! Second when heating I don’t apply pressure like he is, he is just pushing the plastic out as it heats up. If you hold still without pressure, it will heat the plastic more thoroughly. Then take the heat out and smash the pipes together so the plastic pushes out when you connect the pipes, not already during the heating process. That way you will get a lot better bond! Also make sure the pipes come in at the right angle. You shouldn’t keep tightening it like he did, he should have put a block underneath the pipe on the right side so it comes in level with the device.
Something has to not be done properly. Blue line isn't lined up. I can't give them outstanding work medal. they should settle for Copper instead. work safety is out of the question.
It is not necessary sir to aline the blue line...the color is only coding for example the blue is for potable water the violet or purple is for irrigation..same as the yellow and white...

I also notice that they are not following the proper standard and procedure.. what i mean is it is not aplicable to aline that blue code line..if the pipe is well alined and the weld is good than its ok...the q.c will approve it..
