imagine hearing this at night in the forest, the first sound
AUGHHHHHHHHHHHH
beautiful creature.
Jake from Adventure time if he became an owl
I have one that comes by my house once in a while, and I have a amazing shot of it on my phone
It looks like it could possibly be eurasian eagle-owl
Exactly
0:25. Yea hee!!!
Could be both.
I have been obsessed with birds since I was eleven. I am extremely frustrated that an owl is hooting right outside my window in the tree in front of it AND I CANNOT SEE IT AT ALL FROM MY WINDOW. IT IS PITCH BLACK AND I NEED TO IDENTIFY THIS OWL 😭😭😫
I love the format and simplicity of your videos! Thank you for putting this kind of content out there, even though the TH-cam algorithm doesn’t support it. <3
🤬
I played it and the bird replied to me 😃🤗
LITERALLY just called an owl in with this and he landed on my Bluetooth speaker… WAY COOL!!! Pics to prove it
I went outside and saw a falcon circling backyards. I whistled at it and it came to check me out and whistled back. Then my cat walked out and I realized it must be hunting for cats. When I picked her up it whistled angrily and left after I put her inside 💀
1st call: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹 2nd call: 🫧🫧🫧🫧💥💥💥 3rd call: EEE EEE EEE⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
This is not the sound of a moose.
Heard this owl last night!
3RD sound be a th-cam.com/video/WGd0YM5MB8I/w-d-xo.html
BRO IS LIKE AN FEATHER FAMILY AUK SOUND
These are no moose. These are elks
They also have a 'silent' sound that most people don't hear. But it's felt more than heard. It's a high vibration that enters your ears and goes down the sides of your neck and shoulders, and it freezes you into place so you can't move. I can feel/hear it, and it's spookier than these sounds. Right after they do it to you, they fly right by you and look right at you while they're flying past, and you can't move until they've passed.
Polar: Polar says he is angry and growls
These raptors are the fastest animals on the planet. 200 ++ miles per hour. They are near the top of the food chain. Have very, very few predators. Humans shooting them and great horned owls (sometimes). Even large hawks, like the red shoulder, will fly to safety when the hear the peregrine call. Falcons and Hawks rule the day; owls at night.
So they sound exactly like cows. We do not have moose down here. But elk sound like women screaming bloody murder.
Cute ❤❤
It’s 12:40 AM and I can hear one outside right now.
I am camping in the middle of nowhere and was woken up to a bunch of these and it scared the shit out of me😂
this is not the voice ov this bird.... how fake ur video
None of those are moose sounds! Not even close. One sounds like a bear. Sheesh.
only rlcraft players will get this reference: princess
for the V rex of King Kong 2005 they should have used Moose to do their sounds
Seagle
First call is Red deer call not a moose 🫎
Holy shit, I hear death
😢😳
❤❤❤
Beautiful sound
Why the red-tailed hawk call.
Sounds like a full.

I was peacefully asleep with my window open one night when a barn owl decided to perch on it and announce it's presence. Nothing can prepare you for that level of terror. There was prayer involved, followed by laundry.
Two things whoever whoever ventured out to get this footage in the first place this fucking crazy...... Secondly 43 seconds is fucking unnecessary 20 seconds was fine
I heard this big bird in the backyard and about jumped out of my skin 😅😂 first time hearing these beautiful creatures ❤
You got the scientific name of the common blackbird completely wrong, its correct scientific name is actually Melanornis merula.
"European eagle owl" is the correct english name for Bubo bubo.
The correct english name for Tyto alba is "occidental barn owl".
You got the scientific name of the great grey owl completely wrong, its correct scientific name is actually Ailurornis nebulosus.
It has been in thr Strix genus since the 18th century
@Snowmunkee, in case you should know, the Strix genus is polyphyletic and its only three extant species are now the Tawny Owl (Strix aluco), the Maghreb Owl (Strix mauritanica), and the Himalayan Owl (Strix nivicola), while the other nineteen extant species are now relocated to eight separate genera, the ural owl now belongs to the monotypic genus Oreoglaux with its scientific name now being Oreoglaux uralensis, the omani and hume's owls both now belong to the genus Ammoglaux with their scientific names now being Ammoglaux butleri and Ammoglaux hadoromi respectively, the woodford's owl now belongs to the monotypic genus Dryaluco with its scientific name now being Dryaluco woodfordi, the mottled, brown, and spotted wood owls all now belong to the genus Bulaca with their scientific names now being Bulaca ocellata, Bulaca leptogrammica, and Bulaca seloputo respectively, the spotted, barred, cinereous, and fulvous owls all now belong to the genus Syrnium with their scientific names now being Syrnium occidentalis, Syrnium varium, Syrnium sartolii, and Syrnium fulvescens respectively, the mottled, rufous-banded, brazilian, chacoan, and rufous-legged owls all now belong to the genus Neoglaux with their scientific names now being Neoglaux virgatus, Neoglaux albitarsis, Neoglaux hylophilus, Neoglaux chacoensis, and Neoglaux rufipes respectively, the black-and-white and black-banded owls both now belong to the genus Ciccaba with their scientific names now being Ciccaba nigrolineata and Ciccaba hubula respectively, and the great grey owl now belongs to the monotypic genus Ailurornis with its scientific name now being Ailurornis nebulosus.
Did they update the taxonomic orders recently? I haven’t heard of this Also now I’m curious what the updated barred owl name is, last I heard it’s strix varia Edit: nvm just read the full text
@entguarde, actually, the Strix genus is an exclusively old world genus now containing only three extant species.
@@indyreno2933interesting!! do you know why the classifications have changed?
You got the scientific name of the northern short-eared owl completely wrong, its correct scientific name is actually Parasio flammeus.
You got the scientific name of the ural owl completely wrong, its correct scientific name is actually Oreoglaux uralensis.
