Understanding the 4 Psychological Energies to Defeating Stress
In episode 92 of the Speak In Flow podcast, Melinda takes us on a journey to help us manage and understand one of the most common and overwhelming emotions: stress. A much-needed guide after the holidays, when we have to return to work and stress, is at its peak. A topic inspired by Melinda's own vulnerable story of how her father's recent stroke highlighted the importance of understanding and compassionately addressing stress cues.
