Was it difficult to get the original rubberish type coating off the floor? Mine is starting to peel/crack and when I go to tug on it, its solid lol.

Nice truck !! Very well restored ! I can remember when these Trucks moved on German Autobahns in the 70ies and 80ies during their active army-times here in Germany... Driving in Convoi with headlights on and slow-rotating amber-warning-lights on....all were painted in masster- or merdc-camouflage-pattern...a very impressive view😊😊...but today , all gone....😢😢

lol. The white stars on the hood and doors were discontinued in late '74 when vehicles were camouflaged. 3" black stars were optional on the front and rear of wheels & tracks.

I owned a few of these until it got way too expensive to run and maintain them. I really miss them though!

Nice set up with compressor and all youre wires and hoses look neat as there are also 12v and 24v horns that are nice and loud that are avaible but yeh do love the horn you got awsome cool love to hear the ram with extractors and nice exhaust on it 👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺

Couldn't tell if it was yours or mine until I heard "clonk clonk clonk".

What kind of tires are those? some have trouble finding replacements, but I like those and your still running duals on the rears. The ole beast looks sharp I would imagine parts are a bit tougher to find over there.

I have owned two of these, a 1970 and 1987. Good trucks, I just used mine for parades and events. I then moved on to M923A2 5 tons. Good trucks too. I would be happy to own either model again.

Only time I wore gloves was in the winter months. Never at harvest time. Hands covered in oil and grease was the norm.
