Nice! I may have been in that crowd.
Beautiful images of hard working men and women and our Beautiful holy catholic church History.
Memories ❄️🎄🌨️☃️
Time and History love all your videos. 🇺🇸 thank you
Hello! Amazing footage! We are performing Miracle on 34th Street the musical, I was wondering if I could use small portions of your video for the parade section between live performers during the show. We'd mainly want to use the balloons and maybe a few floats. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you!
Sure, no problem
@ Thank you!
Beautiful day, thank you for sharing ☀️
Not my life in '68.
Wonderful shrine never would have known thank you for the trip.
Thank you for sharing these beautiful images of time .
Great footage.
Á very interesting and nostalgic view of life back in 1965. I was 11 back then. I love those huge American cars.
Well, it's not on the edge of your seat viewing but they certainly loved their dog.
I attended in 1964, thanks for the memory!
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. That was really great! Although I don't know anyone in this / these films, they almost seem familiar. It's a slice of, what I remember, used to be middle class America. I could easily have placed myself, my Family, or friends, into some of these scenes. I guess it just triggered a few memories, and I found myself substituting people I knew, for those in the film(s). Yep, that was Mrs. So-and-so. Or, Lol... that's something Uncle John would do (lift up Aunt Mary's dress for the camera). Having to dress up for special events was kind of a drag but, that's just the way it was, period! And, to this day, I still don't know how I got out of being recruited to be an altar boy. Never did care much for those "outfits". Ha! Thanks again for the memories...from a "neighbor" in Central New York.
We sure had better looking cars in the day now all plastic and all look the same, Post more movies if you can interesting oh miss good old A&P stores.
Either a choir boy or an alter boy, was hoping to see their Sunday dinner. I certainly miss the paper bags.

It’s comforting to know the laws of gravity haven’t changed in 100 years

Love this. How wealthy were these people to be able to film themselves back then. What is crazy is I know a woman who is almost 99 years old now. She is in great shape and still works (she calls it work but she volunteers a few days a week) and I am watching this home movie and thinking, she would have been almost two years old when this was filmed.
Everything seemed so clean and normal from late 1950's before JFK assassination then it got worse in late 1960's, too.
Thanks for the video. Life certainly was different in '61! I was a sophmore in high school in northern Jersey and now living in Delaware. A state I barely knew exsisted back then! One of the best things about the video, not much traffic on the bridge and the cars themselves. Thanks again.
Most are dead
I just subscribed to your TH-cam channel!! Love it!
How about that. This road trip was apparently made the month and year I was born! (9/13)
These middle class & rich people lost homes, cars, money & everything!! 😢
not everyone, especially the families with old money that lived on the islands of Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Long Island, and Block Island and in huge mansions like the ones in Newport RI overlooking New England and New York beaches.
Thank you for this!!! My mother always spoke of her wonderful summers at Lake George. They lived in Glens Falls. They were the Hilton Payne Heming family...and pre-Revolutionary War Johann Valentine Keim descendents. (Pennsylvania Deutsche). 🙏🇺🇲🙏🇺🇲🙏🇺🇲🙏
The "Billion Dollar Fair" of 1964-1965.
Looks like a 65 Olds Vista Cruiser at the right of the Chevy.
SUCH A BEAUTIFUL GLIMPSE into what life should REALLY BE LIKE in this HORRIBLE DAY & AGE. Surrounded by those you love (whether they're blood family or chosen), having fun on a beautiful day. If SHITLER steals the white house AGAIN, our country will become a BLACK HOLE OF DOOM and it will renamed RUSSIA 2.0.
September 1964
Yes, thank you, I corrected it.
Just think those two “kids” have lived their whole lives and are probably dead and gone…just shows how short life is….enjoy the ride
2 years before Great Depression.
The good ole days !! Looks so peaceful 😍
Completely charming, Norman Rockwell America.
Like time travel. Thanks!
Italian? Jewish? Greek?
Long before the invasion.
The golden era

I would have been 2 when this was filmed, like 2 complete different worlds
