I've felt the pain of not saving every villager, on my NG+ Hard/Casual BLs, I had two Pegasus Knights, Petra and Ingrid, had one last villager to save, Petra, Cavalier Sylvain, Thief Felix and Archer Ashe were right by the Rampaging Villager, next turn Petra could swoop in and save the villager, while Sylvain, Felix and Ashe could deal with the Armored Knight and Mage, but nope, the b**ch a*s Mage came in and killed the villager 😡 I was so mad I used Curved Shot with Ashe, my weakest physical unit and absolutely destroyed the Mage, the Armored Knight was dealt with by Petra and Sylvain

Im actually playing this route myself for the first time! I’ve already beaten Azure Moon and Crimson Flower. So far, Claude isn’t my favorite lord of the three, id put him just ever so slightly under Edegard. But he should grow on me as Im not even done with White Clouds (It’s so long and boringg)

These are just suggestions of course, but they've paid off: Caspar: Put him through War Monk and he's quite impressive, I've done that on my NG+ Lions and Deers Ashe: Wyvern Lord, my wyvern Ashe became my third strongest unit on my OG Lions playthrough and on my NG+ Lions, remains as one of my strongest units

I found a website once that was created to ONLY work as a way to randomize your 3H playthrough! You just plotted in what route you were doing, how many units you want and the sex for Byleth, and it came up with completely random routes for everyone to take... So for instance my first female Byleth started as a Soldier, then had to promote to Priest, then a Valkyrie, and finally had to end up in Mortal Savant! I'm not sure if it still exists, but i still play 3H by giving everyone radom promotion paths and ending classes, as i also want it to be possible to just end up never being allowed to promote, or to even get demoted, like when my Catherine got demoted permanently to a Monk, meaning even your main lord might need to carried through playthroughs... I also made it a rule that a unit HAD to master their early classes before being allowed to promote, just so i couldn't early promote out of useless classes. I do it manually today, but the half hour of prep is worth it for the meme run!
