Looks neat, I prefer using context-manager, looks perfect. You could automate the uploading using subprocess module.

The code I added at 3:35 is simply used to handling some conflicts, it's not necessary.

hei i cant teleport my character to another scene after retargeting, can u help me?
As I know, each time you create a new scene in the 3D Game Kit by Kit Tools > Create New Scene, Unity automatically makes a copy from the pre-made scene, which means that the new scene contains the old character (Ellen). You can try retargeting characters in all your scenes (I'm not sure it will work). Btw, Unity 3D Game Kit is created for the purpose of approaching the 3D environment in Unity. Therefore everything is "premade and not for making the actual game". Retargeting character is out of that purpose, it's just a funny side experience. Happy coding!

@@candykiss4584 Because I don't know what exactly the problem is, so I will have some prediction and suggestion: 1. Maybe your new 3D model has conflicts with the enemy. I think that the problem is from the weapon. In my video, I just remove all the components of Ellen and place my 3D model into it, and this may cause some problems with the premade actions, for example, hit the enemies. As I said before, the 3D Game Kit is created to approach 3D env for beginners, everything in this project is "premade", so we cannot customize it deeply and confront a lot of "can't-understand-for-beginner" bugs. 2. The 3D game kit is a very heavy project. Make sure you have good specs in your workstation/PC. I hope that I can help you, but actually, I am also a beginner in the game development 😢

Sorry for this convenience, I recorded this video with the purpose of backing up, in case I need to do the same thing in the future. The core idea is that you change the Rig Animation Type (of both your own model and Ellen model) from Generic to Humanoid. Then you can replace Ellen with your model. You can download models from Mixamo. The code I added at 3:35 is simply used to handling some conflicts. At 6:30, I turned on the Root Transform Position (Y) > Bake Into Pose to make sure that the model is always on the ground (you can turn it off to see what happen to your model)
