We are a husband and wife team that builds custom furniture based out of Tampa FL . Products used: Fuji Spray Systems Q5 Platinum with T75G Gravity feed gun 1.3mm...
Hi - what about adjusting the fence?
Thanks for the video !
Thanks for this video. It’s the only one online that shows how to adjust the 90 degree. Appreciate it
It would have been nice to show how you adjusted the head of the saw to the table on a Kaplex. That is so much more difficult to do. I was hoping to get a tip on how to do that. I’ve not been able to get mine adjusted correctly.
Brilliant idea 😊
Shite
Nice spraying👍👍
Absolutely fantastic demonstration! Leaves no questions whatsoever! Great job! I just got this saw and cannot wait to set it up!! Thank you so much!
Calibrating the 45’s is nearly impossible on a Kapex. If 90 is spot-on, it does not mean miters are accurate.
Thak you
Can I use any kind of stain with the fugi sprayer? And can I spray stain in any type of wood?
That "music" at the start was a mistake.
And the saw was super loud. He must have buried that mike somewhere deep and dark.
Very clean 👍🏻👍🏻
Really!? Your lead photo has to be stretched out breasts shot? Give me a break…amateurs!!!!
Great video
Did you spray this stain right out the can ? Or did you dilute with mineral spirits first
Eres muy bueno en tu trabajo. Mucho éxito para ti y tu familia.
There are many similar projects in Stodoys's plans.
When it came to adjusting the head saw, just telling people where the bolts are at behind the cord reel, doesn’t do a damn bit of good to help anyone. Maybe next time try showing how you actually adjust the head itself versus saying yours is perfect.
Exactly! Why wouldn’t you show how you made the adjustments?
Always square the blade to the table step 1!! Then move on to those other steps
Adjustment of the head to the table is the hardest part.
Great work! Gary
Very nicely done. But who is the "we" you kept sawing? "We are going to draw a line...bla bla bla" I only saw you. If you have a split personality, my apologies, lol.
dude. blow out my speakers with he music next time why dont you
Great video
Man, you have an incredible shop. How did you hide the screw holes on the sides of the cabinets?
Great job! Quick question- why not use a french cleat system to hang the cabinets?
Nice video! What camera/mic are you using?
Most people would click on this because they want to know about what products you’re using, how your gun is set up, pressure, flow, etc. I’m pretty sure they come here for the music. 👎🏻
Now heres someone who UNDERSTANDS how to apply " click bait"
Would like to see more on the crosscut cart. Can you share any info?
Awesome job Justin.
Love it. Can’t wait to see the black with small paint splatter
👍👍👍Thanks for a nice and interesting video.
Well done! I love seeing my fellow local makers getting after it! Keep up the great work!
Good video bud 🤙🏼
Hey Justin those cabinets came out great Bubba. I got to ask what type of blades are you running with those white and green colors? Also at least from a mobile device, your affiliate link is grayed out. It doesn’t work just wanted to let you know my friend. Sorry about the downtime. I hope you and Fallon Are doing well
Thanks bro. Ill look into the link. The Blades are KeyBlades and Fixings on IG
Rustic Grain Designs perfect thank you
Very well done, buddy. Can't wait to see you kill it in the TH-cam space as well!
Wheww That would be amazing
Thanks for taking the time to produce this video. Easy to follow. Simple and direct. Well done.
Where did you buy that square?
Amazon sells them
If your going to just end up wiping the stain, why not wipe it to begin with? Looks like a lot of wasted stain.
because applying it with cloth takes more time and it becomes blotch due to inconsistency, apply the stain by spraying is more consistent.
@@AllForTheGame to prevent the botch when staining by hand or hvlp, pre raise the grain of the wood (with a wet rag) one grit before your final grit sanding. Example, if my final is grit sanding is 220 i will sand on this sequence: 120-150-180-Raise the grain-220, then stain by hand or hvlp. If you want professional result, 1.seal the wood first (shellac sanding sealer) 2 coats. Sand between coat with 400 grit, 2. Spray alcohol base dye color of your choice 3. Seal it with a laquer sealer 3 coats, optional you might want to tint the sealer with a liquid dye to darken a little the color of wood 4. Apply 3-6 coats of clear topcoat (laquer) light sand between coat with 400 or 600 grit 5. After final coat has dried, sand with steel wool 0000, wipe out any dust, then finish it buffing it with a steel wool with clear wax and removed wax excess 30 minutes later with a soft cloth or tshirt
This machine doesn't have much overspray. You probably use less that with a cloth. But it's way over kill just to apply stain. It's a 1500 machine with a 400 gravity hvlp. I personally would have just picked up a cheap turbine gun to use with stain but to each their own
I have the same system but I've only used lacquer and I want to spray shellac. Do you use the same gun or should I have a dedicated gun for each finish? Thank you.
I have a HARD time hearing what you say...and the FUCKING noise that's suppose to be "music" is extremely LOUD !!! So no demo of the noise level of the Fuji. Thumb DOWN !
Nice video. What was the viscosity of the products when you sprayed them?
A lot of good info on this one! Enjoy that thing bud!
Zaxe Woodworks thanks bud. Did my homework on it and it should be worth every penny lol
Sweeeeeeet! Do you by chance recommend any good LUTS for editing in post production? I just got the DJI Mavic Pro 2 and I'm excited to see how the footage turns out! I'm trying to find some great LUTS for the drone footage. 😀
Mile High Marketing Guy I’m not sure what you are referring to as LUTS
I didn’t know this was a try not to get satisfied challenge😂
LoL pretty sweet intro huh
How’d you get those shots?
@@garrettmorgan2382 my buddy at South Tampa Woodworks has a DJI Mavic 2 Drone, Everything else was shot on my iphone with a DJI gimbal
Oh ok that makes sense now
Great first video you two. Keep up the good work 👍
