And never lift weights instead of speed training People get upset with me when i say weights are NOT essential for competitive boxers Weights are essential for grapplers MMA fighters judokas Pure boxers press ups sit ups ect are essential but weights are not ..
You got it! Weights might help you lift more, but they won't help you dodge a punch. Speed is the name of the game for boxers!
