This looks nice. Did he say how much these are selling for? And does it have the famous red book? I was watching another youtuber and he mentioned that he just moved from Hoi An and was renting a house with pool for $600. He said there are houses in Da Nang not lived in yet for around $800 that are 3 or 4 bedroom. They are in Phu Gia area. You can see the video if you search for this BACK IN DA NANG! I've driven through that area a few times but not in much detail. It's a section of Thanh Khê District if that's what you are referring to. And that would be Social Samy. He's a good guy and makes good videos, much more professional than mine but we each have our own lane. I see this video but don't see what you're referring to however. Also you I'm correct about the area you of Thanh Khê District I don't think they are any newer homes there.
@@spokeman He mentions a few other areas around Da Nang where they have these new developments with 3 or 4 bed properties. It's good to know what's available and for what prices to compare against. That pool and view was amazing at Golden Bay! Btw, I don't live in Da Nang or Vietnam but looking for places to live in VN and of course seeing what's available at what prices to either buy or rent. So your videos are quite interesting to me.
Oh, also he's not selling them but renting. I've heard you can buy one for about 50k US because no 'red book'. Similar properties with the red book would start at $150k.

Thanks for sharing. Muong Thanh building as far as I know didn't follow the original approved plans. They built more floors than approved and also the lower floors were supposed to be shops etc but they sold them as residential. It's been a few years so I don't know the current status but the government asked them to remove the top floors that weren't approved.
All I'm aware of is there that there is no 'red book' to be had at Muong Thanh. So thanks for the detail.

@.21 seconds in you ưill see that I bump the camera and the gimble stops working properly. The stabilization stops working from here on. The next day it seemed to be fine so I'm glad for that.
