Hi tiffany, thank you for this great class. My upper body strength is very weak. It’s nearly impossible to do a push up, not even a modify one. Do you have tips on how to build strength on the reformer

Hi Tiffany! I love that you do enough on TH-cam to get ideas and play and I am really enjoying my nicely priced subscription to your dynamic Pilates tv. The creativity, variety and fun are second to none. I also love your accent. Having lived in Idaho Falls for years, it’s reminiscent. Anyway, you’ve probably said before but what reformers do you use? I want to buy one for myself but also for my clients. I do more yoga therapy and work with mostly older adults so I’ve been using the merrithew rehab V2 Max and the Balanced Body Allegro. I love Courtney Miller’s reformer design (from Pilates Republic in CA) but I think you have to franchise to buy one of those and as I said I am more of a yoga therapist who uses the reformer for myself and then with other things with some yoga clients.
