I retired at 62, lost my health insurance until 65 for Medicare, and just ran the gauntlet for three years as it was cheaper to pay out of pocket than 800 a month premium. Great video. In all my years of gigging, I find that contracts are most useful for clarifying terms, and avoiding misunderstandings. I don't think I've ever used one to win a dispute. I suppose by always using contracts, disputes rarely happen.
